The CHG Kickoff Retreat:
January 20-23, 2027
Your 100-day journey begins with an immersive, in-person retreat at the Modern Elder Academy in beautiful Santa Fe, New Mexico.
This is where you'll meet your fellow voyagers. The people who will accompany you, witness your growth, and share their own discoveries throughout the journey.
We'll spend these first few days working closely together, building a foundation of trust and connection that will support our work throughout the 100 days. You'll experience firsthand how I mentor, challenge, and encourage you to explore beyond what you already know about yourself.
What often surprises students is how quickly genuine connections form. Within just a few days, strangers become a community built on trust, vulnerability, and authenticity.

Hi, I’m Peleg Top
And here's what I want you to know about me…
1. I've been doing this work for over 20 years.
I've spent thousands of hours mentoring people through life's transitions, helping them reconnect with themselves, challenge old beliefs, and discover what's possible. I've learned a lot about human transformation, and I'm still learning.
2. I'm an artist first, and a mentor second.
Creativity has always been at the center of my life. I'm an artist, writer, chef, DJ, and lifelong explorer of the creative process. I believe creativity is one of the most powerful tools we have for understanding ourselves and creating meaningful change.
3. I only teach what I've experienced myself.
Everything I share in Creative High Growth comes from my own journey of self-discovery, spiritual exploration, and personal growth. I've navigated plenty of crossroads, questioned my direction, and learned to trust my intuition. I know these practices work because I use them in my own life.
4. I created Creative High Growth at a crossroads in my own life.
I wanted to bring together everything I had learned about self-love, gratitude, creativity, and transformation into one immersive experience. What began as a personal creative experiment became a 100-day journey that I've now had the privilege of guiding people through for years.
5. I'm not here to give you the answers.
I'm here to help you discover your own. I'll challenge you, encourage you, ask difficult questions, and create opportunities for you to see yourself differently. HOW CREATIVE HIGH GROWTH WORKS
Your journey begins well before your first daily lesson.
Once you enroll, I'll guide you through the preparations so you can enter the experience with clarity, intention, and everything you need to begin.
You'll receive guidance on setting up your personal creative space, gathering your art and writing materials, and making room in your daily life for the work ahead.
We'll begin together at our January 20–23 kickoff retreat in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where you'll meet your fellow voyagers, experience my mentoring firsthand, and begin building the relationships that will support you throughout the journey.
Creative High Growth is intentionally limited to 18 participants, allowing for personal attention, meaningful connections, and a supportive environment for the work.
The goal is simple: to help you begin this journey feeling prepared, supported, and ready to show up for yourself.
For 100 consecutive days, you'll devote approximately 100 minutes each day to your personal growth, creative expression, and spiritual practice.
Each morning, a new audio mentoring session will arrive directly in your email inbox, guiding you through that day's experience.
Your daily practice brings together:
Guided meditation to slow down, become present, and connect with yourself.
Personal teachings and self-inquiry to explore your beliefs, patterns, emotions, and possibilities.
Reflective journaling to deepen your understanding and document your discoveries.
Intuitive art making to express what you're discovering beyond words and strengthen your relationship with your creativity.
You don't need any previous art making experience. The goal isn't to create beautiful artwork. It's to discover what happens when you allow yourself to create freely, without judgment or expectation.
Every day's experience builds upon the previous one. The lessons unfold as you go, leaving room for surprise, curiosity, and discoveries you may never have anticipated.
You'll document your reflections and artwork and share your daily work with your fellow voyagers in our private Heartbeat community.
Curated music playlists will accompany your journey, offering another way to connect with your emotions, creativity, and inner world.
These 100 days are about practicing a different way of being with yourself until it becomes part of your everyday life.
I'll guide you personally throughout the entire journey, offering daily teachings, encouragement, and opportunities for deeper reflection and growth.
You'll have direct access to me throughout the 100 Days, including private one-on-one mentoring sessions whenever you need additional guidance or support. These sessions are included in your tuition.
Alongside our daily work, we'll gather for 10 live group mentoring sessions on Zoom.
These gatherings offer opportunities to ask questions, receive coaching, explore challenges, celebrate discoveries, and learn from one another's experiences.
You'll also be part of our private Heartbeat community, where you'll share your daily reflections and artwork, witness one another's growth, and offer encouragement and thoughtful feedback.
Depending on the number of participants, we'll organize smaller groups within the cohort to create additional opportunities for connection and mutual support.
One of the most meaningful aspects of Creative High Growth is the connection that develops among participants. As you begin sharing your authentic experiences, you'll discover that many of the things you've struggled with privately are experiences others understand.
The community becomes a place where you can practice being seen, supported, and accepted for who you are.
And the connections don't have to end on Day 100. You'll continue to have access to the CHG alumni community and opportunities to participate in future alumni gatherings.
